About

Daniel J Neilsen
I have been in legal practice since 2003, beginning first in the State of Ohio practicing energy, utilities and regulatory law representing large industrial energy users before state and federal regulatory agencies. I moved to Washington State in 2008, where I continued the energy, utility and regulatory practice on federal, regulatory matters for utility companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In 2013, I chose to start my own legal practice where I could use my knowledge, experience and compassion to serve individuals and businesses whose core values reflect patriotism, hard work, and integrity in developing their work and providing security for themselves and their families. In addition to representing clients in Washington State district and Superior Courts, I have represented clients at the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, The Ohio Supreme Court, and the Washington State Court of Appeals.
